Welcome to the Terms of Service (these "Terms") for access to and use of the Ella Games website and related services (the "Service"), operated by Ella Games ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Ella Games and its licensors. The copyright of Simon Tatham's Portable Puzzle Collection belongs to their respective owners.

We strive to maintain the availability of the Service but do not guarantee it will always be available or uninterrupted. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Service for any purpose. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ella Games and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
